Church
Council
The
Church Council is responsible for envisioning the future of the church,
coordinating church activities, adopting policies and giving oversight
and providing evaluation of the total church program. The
congregation elects the members. Meets 3rd Tuesday of the
month at 7 pm.

Prudential Commission
This
committee is responsible for the care and management of our church
property, and for oversight of the church budget, including investment
and disbursement of special funds. The Prudential Commission also
oversees the administration of personnel policies and procedures. The
congregation elects the members. Meets 2nd Tuesday
of the month at 7 pm.

Delegates
Elected
by the congregation. Our representatives to the Northern California
Nevada Conference (NCNC) of the United Church of Christ (UCC) and the
Bay Association of the NCNC.

Nominating
Committee
Determines
requirements, responsibilities, and needs of the elected positions for
use in nominating the best qualified people to these
positions. Meets as needed.

Relations Team
Seeks
to understand the pastor’s perspective, hopes, and needs; conveys to
the pastor their understanding of the congregation’s life; and monitors
the quality of the relationship between the pastor and the
congregation. Meets quarterly.
Stewardship
Ministry Team
Plans and executes annual stewardship
campaign, and fosters the integration of faith and spirituality with
our financial giving.
